Personal data/Confidentiality charter

FIDAL’S Internet site, hereinafter referred to as the Site, provides a system for the collection and processing of personal data exchanged as a result of the visitor’s access. In consequence of this, the Site has been declared to the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL), under number 631049, on 14 January 1999.

The visitor’s personal data which is collected directly (for example when logging in to the customer pages, when submitting a question via the contact page or when submitting a CV via the appropriate form) or indirectly (log-in data), are used by FIDAL either for statistical purposes, to enhance editorial content and adapt it to the needs of visitors, or to respond to requests for information about the services offered by FIDAL. 

This personal data is not communicated to third parties other than technical providers involved in the process of dissemination of the site.

FIDAL has implemented a policy for the protection of personal data against loss, abuse, modification and destruction. Any member of FIDAL who has access to this information is informed of its confidential nature. In addition, FIDAL ensures that its technical providers who are likely to have knowledge of personal data also maintain the same confidentiality.

The information will be retained only as long as necessary for carrying out the function for which this information was obtained or to comply with our legal obligations.

The visitor may object to the use of their personal data.

FIDAL confirms that the Site does not use any cookies.

Strictly within the limits of what is stated above, the visitor authorises FIDAL to preserve and process the personal data communicated when accessing and visiting the Site.

The Site is the property of FIDAL, SELAS, professional law corporation taking the form of a joint-stock company  governed by an executive board and a supervisory board with a capital of 6,000,000 euros, incorporated in the Nanterre Register of Companies under number 525 031 522, whose head office is located at 4, 6 Avenue d’Alsace, 92982 Paris La Défense Cedex. 

The director of publication of the Site is Régis Lassabe in his position as President of the Executive Board of FIDAL. 

The site was created by Be Contents and Extra l’agence. It is hosted by OVH (2 rue Kellermann – 59100 Roubaix – France)

The information contained on the Site is provided to visitors only for general information purposes and cannot replace or substitute for advice or consultations of legal, fiscal or any other professional nature. 

While FIDAL takes the greatest possible care to ensure the quality and reliability of the information contained on the Site, such information is provided for information only and without any guarantee, either explicit or implicit, as to validity, exhaustiveness or currency. The general structure of the Site, the text, data and graphical elements, whether or not animated, constitute works which are protected as such by laws on intellectual property, in particular by copyright, rights relating to designs and models and trademark law, and by international treaties.

Any person downloading or collecting information disseminated on the Site may use it only for private and personal purposes and may not disseminate it. The information obtained can only be reproduced once on paper or digitally.  Any use of information collected from the Site must mention the source. 

The protected works reproduced on the Site and which do not belong to FIDAL have been the subject of explicit prior authorisation for reproduction from the rights holder. 

The hypertext links leading to other sites, principally to sites of FIDAL partners, have been the subject of explicit prior authorisation. The links are provided for the personal convenience of Internet users. FIDAL has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility in respect of them. These sites remain solely the responsibility of their owners. 

The reproduction of a page of the Site in a context not belonging to FIDAL, or the insertion of a page belonging to FIDAL in a page of a site not belonging to FIDAL, is prohibited.
